Will an oversized frame work with my PD?

Only if your eyes are far enough apart. An extra-large frame (55 to 60 mm lens) wants a PD of about 68 mm or more; below about 62 mm the optical centres end up too far out and the lenses induce prism, which gives you a headache. In that case we'll suggest a narrower frame. Big lenses also get thick on a minus prescription, so high-index is the usual choice.

What sizes do Fatheadz go to?

60 to 70 eye with 145 to 150 mm temples. The Law is a 70; the Don and Knuckleduster are 62 and 63. If your current frame is a 58 and still tight, start at the 62s.
