Can I wear prescription sunglasses under a motorcycle helmet?
Under most full-face and modular helmets, yes. Pick thin, straight temples with no bulky hinge at the corner, and a frame that sits close to the face. Aviator temples fight the cheek pads.
7eye or Wiley X for the bike?
7eye if wind is your problem: touring, adventure, long highway days, dry eyes. Wiley X if impact is: sport and street riding, where the Z87+ rating matters. Both take a prescription. Plenty of riders own one of each.
Do I need anti-fog for motorcycle glasses?
Under a helmet, yes. Your breath and body heat fog a lens in seconds at a stoplight. An anti-fog coating or a Pinlock-style visor insert handles it, and both work alongside prescription glasses.
