UPS - UPS shipping rates are based upon your zip-code and the delivery option you select. You must list a physical street address for all UPS shipping. Prescription orders are shipped UPS to assure they reach the final destination.

ALL products will have one of two statuses.

IN STOCK - which means we should have the product in our warehouse, although our inventory count is not to-the-minute accurate. If you need a product by a certain delivery date, please be sure to contact one of our sales associates for its availability. We want you to get your products when you need them.

OUT OF STOCK - From time to time a manufacturer will not be producing a product for a multitude of reasons. We change the product status so it can not be purchased, but it allows you to see what it looks like and help you find a product that is similar and current to purchase.

We are not open on Saturdays or Sundays.

Explanation detail: We have many items in stock, manufacturers such as Luxottica and Safilo ship products to us daily; other smaller companies do not ship as frequently thus extending our shipments up to 3-5 days. Manufacturers do run out of stock and also discontinue products. Because manufacturers want to sell through their entire product, it is not uncommon for them to wait until the item is completely sold out before notifying us that it has been classified as discontinued.

A Next Business Day order is placed on a Thursday after 5PM CST. We will need to validate and send your order to processing department on Friday. This process can take a day to verify validity of credit cards and pick the item from inventory to be sent to the shipping department. The Next Business Day from Friday is Monday.

Depending on the season and time of day, your order may be in processing for a period of time and miss the same day shipping. Most manufacturers are closed during Christmas and also stay closed to do inventory the first week of the year. This can delay orders 1-2 weeks during this period.

Prescription sunglasses take additional time

Regular prescription glasses and tinted lenses, can ship within 7-10 business days. When production is light they will go out faster. Your glasses are a custom product and we need to make sure we get them correct the first time. Inspections and quality control can add time to your order especially if we run into a problem with your job.

Prescription glasses with coatings, whether it be a anti-reflective coating or a mirror coating will add more time to your order as well. A mirror coating has taken up to 15 business days depending on the lens and color. The mirror coating facility only does certain colors one day a week, if your lenses arrive at the coatings facility on a Friday and they coat that particular color on Thursday, it will be a week before it gets back into line with the other lenses in that color batch. Lenses are usually delivered overnight between the coating facility and our lab, but this adds an additional two days to the entire process. There are only a few coating facilities in the United Stated because of the expense there is in running them.

How much is international shipping?

International shipping costs vary by country and carrier. When you enter your shipping address in the checkout process, Shopify automatically calculates the total charges—including shipping fees, taxes, and import duties (if applicable). How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Do you offer express shipping for prescription glasses?

Yes! We offer express shipping options for prescription glasses. However, please note that prescription orders require additional processing time (2-3 business days) for lens customization before shipping. Express shipping applies to the delivery time after your glasses are ready.

How are glasses packaged for shipping?

All eyewear is carefully packaged in protective cases with bubble wrap and secure packaging materials. Prescription glasses include a complimentary protective case, cleaning cloth, and care instructions. We ensure your glasses arrive in perfect condition.

Is shipping insurance included?

Yes, all orders are automatically insured for their full value at no additional cost. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, we'll replace your order or provide a full refund. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you notice any shipping damage.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's tracking system. For prescription orders, you'll also receive updates when your glasses enter the lab for processing.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

Most carriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times and leave a notice for pickup at a local facility. You can also request delivery to a work address, or use carrier services like UPS My Choice or FedEx Delivery Manager to customize your delivery preferences.

Which countries do you NOT ship to?

Due to shipping regulations, customs restrictions, and carrier limitations, we cannot ship to certain countries and territories. Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

Can I return prescription glasses?

Yes, prescription glasses can be returned within 30 days if you're not satisfied with the vision correction or fit. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all prescription orders. Custom tinted or specialty lenses may have different return conditions - please contact us for details.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days from when we receive the returned item(s). The refund will appear on your original payment method within 3-5 business days after processing, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Who pays for return shipping?

For defective items or our errors, we provide free return shipping labels. For returns due to change of mind, fit issues, or other non-defect reasons, return shipping costs are deducted from your refund. However, we often provide free return labels as a courtesy for first-time customers.

Can I exchange instead of returning?

Yes! We're happy to process exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles. Exchanges follow the same 30-day timeframe as returns. If there's a price difference, we'll either refund the difference or send a payment request for any additional amount.

What condition do items need to be in for returns?

Items must be in original, sellable condition - unworn with all tags attached and original packaging included. For glasses, the protective films on lenses should remain intact if possible. We understand you may need to try them on briefly to check fit, which is perfectly fine.

Are there any items that can't be returned?

Most items can be returned within our policy. However, heavily customized prescriptions, specialty orders, or items showing signs of wear beyond normal try-on may not be eligible. Gift cards and final sale items (marked as such) are non-returnable. Contact us if you're unsure about a specific item.
