Does the base frame take my prescription?
Yes, it's an ordinary prescription frame. The clip attaches outside the optical zone, so your lenses are cut normally. The clip itself is a flat polarized tint with UV protection and no prescription.
Clip-on or a second pair of prescription sunglasses?
A clip costs less and means one frame to carry. A prescription sunglass has better optics and no gap for glare to leak in. Most of our customers who drive a lot end up with both.
Which brands sell frames with a clip-on?
