We run sales, loyalty rewards, and special pricing on lens kits throughout the year — and we want it to be simple to understand how they work together. Here's what you need to know before checkout.
How discounts work
- Sale pricing and coupon codes cannot be combined with each other or with loyalty points. One discount applies per order.
- Lens kit pricing already reflects a built-in discount, so it can't be stacked with sale codes or point redemption.
- Loyalty points can be redeemed on regular-priced items. They don't apply during sitewide sales.
- We reserve the right to modify or end any promotion at any time.
Questions about a current offer?
Can I use my Heavyglare rewards points during a sale?
No — points redemption applies to regular-priced items only. If an item is part of a current sale, points can't be applied on top of the sale price.
Can I combine a coupon code with a lens kit discount?
No — lens kit pricing already includes a built-in discount, so coupon codes and sale pricing can't be applied in addition to it.
Can I stack two discount codes on one order?
No — only one discount code or promotion applies per order.
Why can't Heavyglare discounts be combined?
Combining multiple discounts on top of each other isn't something our platform supports, and it also keeps pricing straightforward and fair across every order.
Do prescription lens upgrades count toward the discount?
Yes — sale pricing and coupon codes apply to your full order total, including frame and lens pricing, at the time you check out.
