Easy Product Returns & Exchanges

We appreciate your business! If, for some reason, you need to make a return within 30 days, we want to make it simple. Call or email for a return authorization; send it back to us with a copy of your receipt so we know who to refund. If it is an even exchange, let us know which item you want. Refunds are credited to the same payment method as the original purchase.

Repairs and Manufacturer's Warranty Policy

Most frames are warranted for ONE (1) Year from the date of purchase against any manufacturer's defects. Manufacturers' defects include structural design, hinges, welding points, and colorings. Manufacturers' defects DO NOT include misuse causing damage and are not manufacturing flaws.

Receiving Damaged or Incorrect Product

If there is extensive damage to the package when it arrives, refuse the order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, immediately contact our customer service at 888-548-0558. Please have your Order ID number from the order invoice.

Returning Stock Products

The product returned must be unworn with all the manufacturers' original boxes, warranty cards, and instruction booklets. Frames cannot have been fitted for lenses nor altered. They need to be in new condition as you have received them. Returns require a corrugated cardboard box to protect the product from damage during shipping. Products sent in a plastic mailing bag will not be accepted, as the boxes inside get crushed. When returning a product via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, use tracking and insurance. Taxes, tariffs, and duties incurred with international packages are the customer's sole responsibility.

Prescription Lens Warranty

We guarantee 100% accuracy on all prescriptions, or they will be remade to the original provided prescription specifications one time at no charge within 30 days of the original ship date. Please note that prescription lenses are not refundable, as they are custom products. The lab removes original lenses from the manufacturer in the frames while processing your eyewear order. The lenses are custom-made to your specifications. They will not have any of the original colors, characteristics, or coatings from the stock lens from the manufacturer's stock lenses. Interchangeable lenses are the only lenses that will be returned with purchase.

Lenses with premium anti-reflective or mirror coatings have a (1) one-year warranty against scratching and delamination from the date of purchase unless an additional warranty has been purchased.

EXTEND warranty is now available on all non-prescription products. (1) One and (2) two year options are available.
