Easy Product Returns & Exchanges
We value your business and aim to make returns straightforward. If you need to make a return, please follow these steps:
- Return Authorization: Contact us via phone or email to obtain a return authorization.
- Return Window: The product must be received by us within 30 days of purchase, along with a copy of your receipt.
- Exchanges: For even exchanges, specify the item you wish to receive, and ensure the original product is returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Prescription Products: These are custom-made and cannot be refunded.
- Barracuda Products: Due to hygiene and fit-related factors, these items are non-refundable.
- OGI Eyewear Products: Please note that returns are not accepted for OGI Eyewear products.
Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Repairs and Manufacturer's Warranty Policy
Most frames come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturer's defects, including issues with structural design, hinges, welding points, and colorings. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse.
Receiving Damaged or Incorrect Product
Please have your Order ID number from the order invoice. If there is extensive damage to the package when it arrives, refuse the order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact our customer service at 888-548-0558.
Returning Stock Products
The product must be returned in unworn condition, accompanied by the manufacturers' original boxes, warranty cards, and instruction booklets. Frames should not have been fitted for lenses or altered. The eyewear must be in new, saleable condition. Please use a corrugated cardboard box to ensure the product is protected from damage during shipping. Please be aware that these conditions apply to the original purchase and do not cover accidental damage, scratches, breakage, or theft.
Shipping Fees
You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Heavyglare Eyewear strongly recommends using a trackable method to ship your return.
Restocking Fees
Heavyglare Eyewear does not charge restocking fees.
Prescription Lens Warranty
We guarantee 100% accuracy on all prescriptions, or they will be remade to the original provided prescription specifications one time at no charge within 30 days of the original ship date. Please note that prescription lenses are not refundable, as they are custom products. The lab removes original lenses from the manufacturer in the frames while processing your eyewear order. The lenses are custom-made to your specifications. They will not have any of the original colors, characteristics, or coatings from the stock lens from the manufacturer's stock lenses. Frames with interchangeable lenses will come with one set of prescription lenses.
Lenses with premium anti-reflective or mirror coatings have a (1) one-year warranty against scratching and delamination from the date of purchase unless an additional warranty has been purchased.
EXTEND warranty is now available on all non-prescription products. (1) One and (2) two-year options are available.
International Purchases
Taxes, tariffs, and duties incurred with international packages are the customer's sole responsibility.
