Does an Asian fit frame limit my prescription?
No. The frame shape changes where the lens sits on your face, not what power it can hold. We set the optical centre for the higher bridge position using your own PD, not a stock figure.
What makes an eyeglass frame Asian fit?
Nose pads that sit further out, so the frame doesn't touch the cheeks, and a front shaped to a lower bridge. On metal frames we can bend standard pads to the same effect; on acetate the frame has to be built for it.
