iChill FAQ
What is the iChill collection and is it good for everyday screen use?
iChill is an inexpensive blue-light line where the filter is in the tinted lens itself rather than a coating, so it's noticeably warmer to look through than a clear blue-cut lens and blocks more. Fine for a day at the office, wrong for driving or colour-critical work. Comes with or without prescription.
How long does the blue-light filter last?
The better blue-cut coatings are in a hardened layer and typically last the life of the lens (2–3 years) with normal use; abrasive cleaning or harsh chemicals can compromise them sooner. We warranty against peeling/delamination for 1 year.
What do iChill frames look like?
Metal full-rims in square and round shapes, 48 to 54 sizes, at one price. Plain enough to wear all day at a desk, which is what they're for.
