Does the base frame take my prescription?
Yes, it's an ordinary prescription frame. The clip attaches outside the optical zone, so your lenses are cut normally. The clip itself is a flat polarized tint with UV protection and no prescription.
How is EasyTwist different from a magnetic clip?
It locks with a twist instead of a magnet, so it doesn't fall off when you're running or bent over a bike. Your prescription, progressives included, goes in the frame; the shields are plain tint in front of it. Above about ±5.00 the extra layer adds a bit of prism, so we'd steer you to a direct prescription sunglass.
What are RE Ranger Clips and Switch?
RE Ranger Clips are the brand's own clip-on sunglasses for its optical frames, polarized or plain. Switch is a different company: sport frames whose lenses swap by magnet, popular with cyclists and runners, and prescription-friendly.
