The adidas Group on Sustainability - Heavyglare Eyewear

Some believe that you are either born a leader or a follower. The "Social & Environmental Affairs" team at the adidas Group believe that true leaders don't just try to work their way to the front row to be seen. They carefully decide their game plan and act accordingly, "sprinting" at times during their race in life, but ultimately keeping a consistent pace so they can make it to the finish line. That is what the team at the adidas group stands by. That very attitude was rewarded earlier in 2014 as the adidas Group was ranked eighth among the 2014 Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the World. Over the past 10 years, they have worked hard to improve their placement in the rankings by improving their numerous sustainability initiatives across the board.

Especially as this recognition is based on the most extensive data-driven, independent corporate sustainability assessment in existence."
