Easy Product Returns & Exchanges
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Non-Refundable Items
Prescription products, Barracuda products, and OGI Eyewear products are non-refundable.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be new, unworn, unaltered, and in saleable condition, with the manufacturer’s original packaging and all original materials included.
Return Authorization Required
Return requests must be submitted and approved before merchandise is sent back. Items returned without prior approval may be refused or may not qualify for refund or store credit.
Return Shipping Fees
For approved U.S. returns only, Heavyglare can provide a prepaid return shipping label. If our prepaid label is used, a flat $12.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Customers who do not use our prepaid label, and customers outside the United States are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned merchandise is received and inspected to confirm it meets our return requirements. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Repairs and Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy
Most frames include a one-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship, including structural design, hinges, welding points, and finish. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear.
Receiving Damaged or Incorrect Product
Please have your order ID available from your invoice. If a package arrives with extensive visible damage, refuse delivery if possible. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact customer service at 888-548-0558.
Prescription Lens Warranty
We guarantee 100% accuracy on all prescriptions. If a prescription is made incorrectly, the lenses will be remade one time at no charge to the original provided prescription specifications within 30 days of the original ship date.
Prescription lenses are custom-made and are non-refundable. During processing, the lab removes the original manufacturer lenses from the frame and replaces them with lenses made to your prescription. As a result, prescription lenses will not include the original stock lens colors, coatings, or other characteristics. Frames with interchangeable lenses include one set of prescription lenses.
Lenses with premium anti-reflective or mirror coatings include a one-year warranty against scratching and delamination from the date of purchase, unless an additional warranty has been purchased.
EXTEND warranty is available on all non-prescription products, with one-year and two-year options.
International Purchases
Any taxes, tariffs, duties, or other import charges associated with international orders are the customer’s responsibility. For many countries, these charges are calculated at checkout.
