John Kilroy Jr. Clinches World Title

Friend of the Kaenon brand and well known developer, John Kilroy Jr., has been wearing Kaenon's Rx products since they began. John holds many world titles and comes from a sailing family that has been put in the record books. He prepared for the Melges 20 World Champions in San Fransisco this past year, with his son practicing hard on his own boat right next to him.

John's son, Liam, is only 11 years old and is by the far one of the youngest drivers at the world championships. It's extremely rare to see anyone of that age sailing in that level of a race. After only the 1st day, Liam was the talk of the event and was sitting in 3rd place right behind his dad. He finished in 13th place and made everyone's jaw drop with those results, while John went on and won his first Melges 20 world title. They were both wearing the Kaenon Hard Kore sunglasses to keep their focus on the water and not on the sun throughout the day. Clearly succeeding at both!
